At Up and Running Sports, we specialize in working with an athlete or group of athletes to identify ways to improve performance within the sport-whether on the field, court, trail, track etc. --We analyze movements that are vital to the sport/activity and develop drills and exercises to make athletes better at them. Vision training-yeah, we do that too! This is vital for goalies, quarterbacks, baseball players, and both tennis and table tennis athletes (ball spin/rotation).

We will consult with your program's coaches to optimize any pre season or off season conditioning program that may be set up. It is important to have a knowledge of periodization and demands of the specific sport to have a team peaking at the right times.
